1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Karachi: 2–3 working days
- Lahore & Islamabad: 3–4 working days
- Other Cities: 3–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 working days
(Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues.)
3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply depending on your location and the weight/size of your order.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A link to track your parcel
You can track your order until it reaches your location.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong contact information
- Customer not responding
The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product
- We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly
