1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is significantly different from what was described

Note:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items without original packaging

  • Hygiene-related products (if seal is broken)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or store credit, depending on your choice.

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after item inspection.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong, damaged, defective product):
    We cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind:
    The customer must pay the return shipping fee.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
